Starting with an initial phone consult to determine appropriate fit. The first appointment is usually an assessment session to discuss your presenting difficulties, your history and determine a treatment approach (up to one hour). Subsequent sessions are treatment focused using a range of evidence based approaches.

Clinical supervision for other mental health professionals.

ACC Funded Therapy
ACC funds assessment and support services including therapy for eligible victims of sexual harm. For those querying whether they may have a diagnosable mental illness as a result of sexual harm can be supported through an assessment to determine cover. For those who have already completed an assessment, treatment can also be provided.
